Hello everyone!
So I thought that I would
carry on blogging about my fitness journey!! Since my last post about getting
fit and losing weight I have lost 2 pounds. It’s not a lot but it’s a start.
I wanted to be really honest
in my fitness posts and show that it’s harder than it looks but it is
possible!! I have wanted to give up so many times in the last couple of weeks,
specifically when starting a workout. I have now planned my workouts for the
next month so I have something to stick to and work towards.
One of the things that I had
planned to do was start running. I went for a short jog on Saturday. It was so
hard!!! But I felt so good afterwards, I was so pumped to carry on!! I’m just
going to run once a week to begin with, but I will be gradually increasing the length
of my runs and how often I do them.
I also did my first proper
guided yoga session yesterday. It was truly amazing!!! I’m going to carry on
doing weekly yoga sessions because I want better flexibility too! I will let
you know how I get on.
