Egg Box Christmas Trees || Blogmas Day 12

Hello everyone!!!

I found a tutorial a while ago to make cute Christmas trees out of old egg boxes, I thought I would give it a go and they turned out really nice so I wanted to share with you all!!

First collect a few empty egg boxes, you will need to cut out the triangle shaped bits in the middle. These are the only parts of the boxes you will need. You need three bits for each Christmas tree.

The bottom layer needs a flat bottom to stand and the top two need to be cut decoratively. I did two different designs for my trees! You then need to paint all the layers. The bottom layers don’t need to be painted all the way to the top as they will be covered up by the next layer.

Once they are dry stick the layers on top of each other and decorate. I attached cute little stars with wire in a small hole in the tops of my trees. I then decorated them with gold glitter glue.

I think they are really cute and would also make cute name places if you added names on the tops!!

See you soon!
